• At the beginning of each trimester, each student will be handed a page of 4 restroom OR water passes. Nurse passes are not included in this.  
• When a student needs to use the restroom or get water, they must have two things, their own planner, and their pass sheet
• DO NOT LOSE YOUR PASS SHEET!!!
• At the end of the trimester, each pass that you have left will be worth 5 extra credit points.

Procedure:

1. Students will come up to Mrs. Richey with 2 things, their planner and their pass sheet. Without these two things, they aren't allowed to leave the room
2. They will have the planner filled out BEFORE they come up to Mrs. Richey
3. If they have a pass available on their pass sheet, they will be allowed to leave.
4. Before they leave, student will also sign out on the Sign in/out sheet next to the door.
5. Upon their return, they will sign back in on the Sign in/out sheet before returning to their seat.
